Soccer Express Return Policy
Players and coaches select all the products we sell, so we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons; to make it easier, we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy.
Note that ALL sales are FINAL for gift certificates and items customized with a name, number, icon, or badge. All CLEARANCE priced items (purchased at 40% off MSRP or greater) and Club Partner priced items are also FINAL SALE.
Within 30 days from the date of purchase we will gladly, refund, or credit your order, provided the following criteria are met.
- Still in original, brand-new condition, showing no sign of customization, laundering, wear, or use of any kind.
- Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition. thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return.If the item arrived as a set, such as a tracksuit, all parts of the set must be returned.
- The original tag, plastic wrap, box, etc. that arrived with the order must be present.
Please do not attempt to return your merchandise if it does not qualify for a return or contain a returns form, as we will not be able to process your return and cannot ship the items back to you.

Return Process
- Please use our self-service return procedure to request a Return Authorization Number. This will be processed by our Customer Service Team.
- You will receive an RA # confirmation for your return request.
- Clearly mark your return with the RA# on the outside of the box and ship via either courier or insured registered mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number) to: Soccer Express Returns Center #91 Golden Dr Unit 19, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6R2
- Please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only; we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will cover the cost of return and replacement shipping.
- We cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" Please allow 3-7 business days for processing of returns.
Other: Soccerx.com cannot refund products that are obtained from a source other than soccerx.com. At this time we do not accept returns from our online store in our retail locations.
