Delivery Information
How long does delivery take?
All orders from soccerx.com are processed between 8:30am to 4:30pm (PST), Monday through Friday. Regular ground shipping takes 1-7 business days, depending on your distance from our facilities located in Canada. Express shipping takes 1-3 business days, depending on your distance from our facilities in Canada. Please allow 3 business days after placing your order for it to be processed, packed, and sent out. Once your order has been sent, you will receive and email with a tracking number you can use to follow your package. These timelines are ONLY for non-print items that are in stock and does not apply to large orders or team orders. Custom gear (such as club store items) shipping timelines can be found here.

All units refer to business days, exceptions apply to certain rural areas based on geographic location and environmental factors such as weather.
Please note, during holiday or promotional periods (such as boxing week or cyber Monday) delivery times can be impacted resulting in delayed shipments. This is due to holiday hours being in effect and significant increases in order volume.
During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than your used to. When you order more than one product, your order might arrive in different packages and arrive on different days.

Please note:
- (1) The Free shipping offer only applies in Canada and is automatically added in the shopping cart, if the $150 minimum order criteria is met. Please note, Free Shipping does not apply on heavy or large items.
- Orders under $800 will not be charged, duty and brokerage.
Public Holidays
Orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates will have an extended delivery time of a few extra business days.
Delivery Rules & Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and make such orders subject to additional Terms & Conditions (e.g. requiring a minimum order value). You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or in case of difficulties with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.
Nike products can only ship to Canadian Adress’s and cannot ship to the US.
How long after I receive my shipment confirmation email will I be able to track my order?
Please allow at least 24 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email before clicking the track & trace link. This gives the courier time to pick up your order from our warehouse.
Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes, as long as they're both in the same country. Just enter separate delivery and billing addresses during the checkout process.
How do I track my order and delivery status?
You will be able to track your order online via your "My Account" page. You will also be sent email various email notifications, which may include:
Order Received | This means we have received your order but our order management team has not yet processed it in our system. You will receive an email to confirm this. |
Order Shipped | This means your order has left our warehouse and is either in the process of being delivered, or has already been delivered. With a track & trace code* you can follow the journey of your package. Orders can be packed in more than one box, and each box will have its own unique track & trace code. The different packages may arrive on different days. Customised products are always shipped separately within 4-6 weeks. |
Returns Received | This status appears if you have returned (part of) your order and it has arrived at our warehouse. You will also receive an email to confirm this. Your refund for the returned items will be processed within 14-30 days as long, as the items meet the requirements of our Return Policy. |
Backorder “out of stock” policy
An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a "backorder." When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders. In regards to an international we can only ship one package per international order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we cannot ship the in-stock items until the backordered items become available. If you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the backordered items from your order and re-order them when they are in stock.
